How to add static email attachments to notification emails

Signer and cc'd third parties can receive in addition to the email notification and the link to the document/signing page any number of email attachments. These attachments are then recorded within the Audit Log. 

The first step is to upload any static documents you want to send to your extra email attachment library, to do this go to Doc options > Extra email attachments and upload each document individually.

Then, click the option 'Upload an extra email attachment' to browse your device for documents to upload.

If the uploaded document is always sent to all signer then tick the option Auto Attach within the library.

Alternatively, you will need to select the documents as extra email attachments while on the sending page.
