Signer says they cannot access the signing page - Link Expired

If using the direct link, get in touch with support@legalesign.com, you may need to reconfigure your team structure.

Otherwise, click on the signer's name on your dashboard and re-send a link to their document, if the signer can now access the signing page you may want to consider changing the re-authentication time.

Should the signer still be unable to access the signing page, it is possible their IT system is automatically removing some of our cookies.  The solution is for their IT department to white-list incoming web requests from app1.legalesign.com.
